Placement of an order

Tish Tash Designs working hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Any order placed during this time frame will be processed, made and shipped out within 2 - 3 business working days. Order's placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Please bare in mind Tish Tash Designs are closed during bank holidays and public holidays.
Cancelling an order
As a customer, you are free to cancel an order. As long as the order has not been shipped. You will be refunded the amount of your order. To the account the order originally was paid from. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to: tishtashdesigns@outlook.com along with you order number.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content.
Delivery
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). tishtashdesigns.co.uk assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.
Returns Policy
tishtashdesigns.co.uk accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. You will be required to pay for the return on the item. Once the item has been checked you will receive an email about what the next stage of the returns will be .
No products may be returned to tishtashdesigns.co.uk without the prior written consent of tishtashdesigns.co.uk and are subject to a return charge.
Photography
All photographs used on the website have all been taken by Tish Tash Designs. We are to capture the product to show its true colour. On occasions their may be times where the colour may seem to be slightly different. Due to things out of our control such a natural lighting etc
